- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food safety certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets and inventory
Line Cook
Prepare fresh, delicious dishes according to Costa Vida's recipes and quality standards. You'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, ensuring every plate that leaves our kitchen is perfect.
- 1+ year kitchen or cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Team-oriented with a passion for fresh food
Guest Services Associate
Be the welcoming face of Costa Vida. You'll take orders, assist guests with menu selections, process transactions accurately, and ensure every visitor has an exceptional dining experience.
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible schedule including weekends
Delivery Driver
Deliver fresh Costa Vida meals promptly and professionally to our customers. You'll be an ambassador of our brand on the road, ensuring orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with Gilbert, AZ area
- Strong time management skills
Catering Coordinator
Manage catering orders and events for Costa Vida, coordinating with clients, kitchen staff, and delivery teams. You'll ensure every catered event reflects our standards of fresh food and outstanding service.
- Experience in event coordination or catering
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and client relations skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and order management tools
